How is my product delivered?

Instantly and digitally. After payment is confirmed, your license key is issued automatically. It's shown on the confirmation page, emailed to you, and available under My Account → License Keys.

Where do I find my license key?

On the order confirmation page, in your confirmation email, and any time in your account.

Do I redeem my key on EldroMods or on the developer's site?

On the developer's website. Each product page has an Official website button that takes you there. Keys are tied to that menu, not to the EldroMods store. See Activate your license.

What payment methods can I use?

At checkout: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto, all instant. Through a Discord ticket: PayPal, Paysafecard and gift cards. See PayPal, Paysafecard & more and the store's Payment Methods page.

Can I get banned?

Yes, it's possible. Using a cheat or mod menu breaks the terms of service of most games, and game publishers can ban accounts at any time. No menu can guarantee that you won't be banned, whatever its status says. Only use one on an account you're prepared to lose. See Ban risk.

A product shows as “Updating” or “Down”. What should I do?

That's usually a short pause after a game update. Check the Product Status page or ask on Discord for the latest.

What does “lifetime” mean?

A lifetime license is a single payment that works for as long as the developer supports the product. When an option shows no duration, it's a lifetime license.

Can I get a refund?

How do I renew my license?

Buy the same product again to receive a fresh key. Check the product's live status before renewing.

Do you have a gift card?

Yes. An EldroMods gift card can be used on any product or license key, with instant delivery.
