New to mod menus?

Everything you need before your first menu: how buying and activation work, the words you'll see, and the risks to know about.

Your first menu, step by step

  1. Pick your game and edition. Each game has its own page in the menu. For GTA V on PC, Legacy and Enhanced are separate versions, and a menu built for one may not load on the other. Check the edition on each product page.
  2. Compare the menus. Every product page lists features, requirements, screenshots and links to the developer's website and community.
  3. Check the status page. Product Status shows which menus are working right now. Menus are often paused after a game update while the developer catches up.
  4. Buy and get your key. Your license key arrives by email and stays in your EldroMods account.
  5. Redeem it on the developer's site. Keys are redeemed on the menu's own website, not on EldroMods. Most developers ask you to create a free account first. See Activate your license.
  6. Get help to start. Read the Setup guide section of the product page, or ask our support on Discord.

Words you'll see

Legacy vs EnhancedThe two PC versions of GTA V. Enhanced is the newer one, with updated graphics. Menus support one, the other, or both.
LoaderThe small program from the developer that starts the menu. Always download it from the developer's official website.
Internal vs externalInternal menus run inside the game. External ones run as a separate program and draw an overlay on top of it.
Lifetime vs subscriptionLifetime is a single payment for as long as the developer supports the product. A subscription runs for a set number of days.
Lua scriptingLets you add community-made scripts and features to the menus that support it.
RecoveryGTA Online features for money, rank and unlocks. Usually the riskiest part of any menu, so read the developer's notes first.
Solo or invite-only sessionA GTA Online lobby with only you, or only the people you invite. Many menus are designed to be used this way.
StreamproofThe menu's overlay is hidden from OBS and recordings, so it doesn't show up on stream.
HWID lockSome keys are tied to your PC's hardware. Changing parts may require a reset from the developer's support.

Key won't activate?

  1. Redeem it on the menu's own website, not on the EldroMods store.
  2. Copy the whole key from your email, with no spaces at the start or end.
  3. Keys are product-specific. Make sure you're redeeming the right menu, and the right edition, on the right site.
  4. If the product shows as Updating on the status page, activation can be paused until it's back.
  5. Still refused? Contact our support on Discord with your order number or order email.

Ban risk: play it smart

Your account can be banned

Using a cheat or mod menu breaks the terms of service of most games. Game publishers can ban accounts at any time, and no menu can guarantee that you won't be banned, whatever its status says. Only use one on an account you're prepared to lose.

  • Download loaders only from the developer's official website. "Free" or cracked loaders shared elsewhere are a common way to get malware.
  • Never share your key, account or loader, and never give your password to anyone claiming to be support.
  • After a game update, menus usually stop working until the developer updates them. Check the status page and the menu's changelog before playing.
  • Read a menu's requirements before you buy. Some need extra preparation, which the developer explains in their own guide.
