Buying & delivery

Ordering takes a minute, and your key is issued the moment your payment is confirmed.

How to place an order

1. Browse the store and open the product you want. Every product page in these docs has a button that links straight to it.
2. Choose your option where the product offers a choice. Some options run for a set duration (for example 1 day, 7 days or 30 days); an option with no duration is a lifetime license.
3. Add it to your cart and go to checkout. The current price is always the one shown on the store.
4. Pay at checkout by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto. Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment provider, and all four methods are instant.

Paying another way?

PayPal, Paysafecard and gift cards are handled by our team through a Discord ticket: see PayPal, Paysafecard & more. Paying with crypto for the first time? Read Pay with crypto to avoid a "Partial payment".

The full list is on the store's Payment Methods page.

Delivery

• Delivery is instant and digital. Your license key is issued automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed.
• Your key is shown on the order confirmation page, sent to your email, and always available in your account under My Account → License Keys.
• Next step: redeem it on the developer's website. See Activate your license.

Can't find your key?

Check your spam folder, then your account license keys. Still nothing? Open a ticket on Discord.

Gift cards

Buy an EldroMods gift card for yourself or a friend. It can be used on any product or license key in the store, with instant delivery.

Refunds

Please read our Refund & Returns Policy before you buy. Digital products have specific conditions, and our team is happy to answer your questions on Discord.
