Updates & product status

Products are updated regularly. Before you buy or renew, check the product's live status.

Check the live status

The Product Status page shows at a glance which products are up, updating or temporarily down.

Status	What it means
Undetected / Up	Working normally and available.
Updating	Temporarily paused while an update is prepared.
Down	Temporarily unavailable. Check back later or ask on Discord.

Statuses change often

A game update can pause a product for a short time while a new build is prepared. This is normal. The Product Status page and our Discord always have the latest.

A status is not a guarantee

A status shows the developer's latest information. It doesn't protect your account: any cheat or mod menu can lead to a ban. See Ban risk.
